Professional site audits are available for Willis Risk Manager clients, structured in accordance with ISO19011.

 

Informal site inspections and guidance visits are also available.

 

External site audits perform a complimentary function to those provided from internal resources. The objectivity of and external audit often brings a different perspective to risk management requirements.

 

Audits may be provided on a 'one off' basis e.g. as part of a due diligence process for business acquisition or disposal. Alternatively, audits may be on a contracted routine basis and include Willis to fulfil the role of 'competent person' on behalf of the client.

 

All audits are backed with written reports and action points for the reassurance of client insurers and directors.
